Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your personalized jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds are offered in the form of store credit. 

Custom-made and personalized items can be exchanged for the correct item if we made an error in crafting your piece that was NOT due to customer information provided. Meadowbelle covers return shipping cost for items made in error. The customer is responsible for return shipping for correctly made pieces. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of order receipt.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for eligible returns) or instructions for the exchange. 


Condition of Items: 

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.


Non-Eligible Items: 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items that were crafted correctly based on the information provided during the order.

  • Please ensure the accuracy of the personalization details provided during the order, as we craft our items based on this information.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
