RUSH ORDERS: 

I need my item quickly!

We offer several shipping upgrades at checkout, so go ahead and place your order! Our fastest turnaround time puts your jewelry in the mail within 24 hours of placing your order, or the next business day (Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays are non-business days).

 

When should I choose RUSH production?

US orders needed in two weeks or less should choose 24-hour RUSH production upgrade at checkout.  With a RUSH production upgrade, your jewelry goes into the mail within 24 hours of purchase or next business day (Friday and Saturday RUSH orders will ship Monday).

 

Shipping Options:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders $50 or more.  Our standard shipping method within the US is USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping costs are based on the selected shipping method. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. See our chart of shipping options.

 

Production Time: 

All our jewelry pieces are custom made to order; typical production time averages 1-5 days from the date your order is placed. See individual product listings for current production time. Please note that custom changes which fall greatly outside of our standard scope of customization may require additional lead time. Contact us to discuss your ideas!

You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready to be shipped.

 

Tracking: 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

International Orders: 

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. Check your local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
